Every Monday from 6-9 I host an open jazz jam at Waystone wine bar in North Beach. We play standards and welcome players of all levels!

I teach a broad range of topics across piano, guitar, saxophone, bass, and voice. Together we can enhance and explore your joyful self-expression through music.

For the last few years, I have been building community through music. In November 2022, I created the Community Music Hangout. The CMH is a weekly social music gathering based at a public piano found in Golden Gate Park in San Francisco. Since then, I have hosted over 100 gatherings and brought together hundreds of performers for an impromptu musical romp.
The Hangout turns strangers into musical friends. We provide a safe space for folks to play together, to push their musical boundaries, and feel good about their efforts. And I take that mission very seriously.
